Golden Coast Construction in Roseville Ca is legit. Their team of professionals made the process of rebuilding seamless and stress free. They took care of everything. Our house burned down in July 2025 and it only took them 8 months from when permits were approved to completion. No shoddy work...just great craftsmanship, professionalism, honesty and nice good people to work with. They kept us in the loop every step of the way. Our project manager Roman knows his stuff. His exceptional craftsmanship showed in his final presentation. Matt our estimator was able to get us the maximum amount of coverage payout from the insurance company. He was able to reallocate funds to things we wanted most without having to pay too much overage. So many other people we didnt mention that did great work behind the scenes. They all exceeded our expectations. They have the best team that will get you through to rebuilding a new future for you and your family. Don't hesitate and call them today! Highly recommend.

In November 2024, the Puget Sound Bomb Cyclone had a direct hit on our house with 12 uprooted trees on our property including 3 mature Douglas Firs that came through the kitchen and great room area of our house. This part of the house was expanded and re-built in 2016 as part of a year-long extensive remodel. Naturally, we were devastated. After checking around for references, we hired Golden Coast to complete the repairs. The damage was extensive and included 4 roof trusses, significant drywall, electrical and siding repair and a complete rebuild of our rear deck including a covered grilling area. Throughout this process, Golden Coast exceeded my expectations. While there were some protracted delays due to insurance, Golden Coast acted as my advocate with the insurance adjuster and fought the right battles with them to get our home back to where it was before. Throughout this process, our Project Manager, Igor Melinetskly, was on top of the timeline and schedule and utilized a very helpful on-line status and timeline schedule so that we were always up to date as to the status of the project. In addition, Igor was extremely responsive to emails and texts (even on Holidays and Weekends!) and I would have responses from him within minutes of sending a message. As far as the repairs go, they had several carpenters and craftsmen who were absolute pros at what they do. The finish work and attention to detail was top-notch and the resulting repairs look as if no damage had ever occurred before. I would highly recommend Golden Coast for any repair or restoration need you would have. They are absolute professionals on the management, business and construction sides of their business and they are continually interactive with you throughout the process.

Golden Coast Construction & Restoration did an amazing job helping me after my home suffered fire damage in February 2025. Glenn and Rudy met with me shortly after the fire to review the damages and explain the next steps. I had previously worked with Golden Coast after another rental property of mine had a fire several years ago, and they did a beautiful job on that home as well, so I already had confidence in their team. This time, Matt, the estimator, did an excellent job documenting the damages and working with my insurance adjuster, Taylor. Once the building permit was approved, Cody, the project manager, kept me informed through each phase of the rebuild. My home was completed within about nine months of the approved permit, and the project was essentially a full rebuild, with the exception of the foundation. I am very happy with the quality of work, the communication, and the way Golden Coast worked with my insurance company throughout the process. Most importantly, they treated me with kindness, care, and respect during a very difficult time. I would happily recommend Golden Coast Construction & Restoration to anyone in need of a fire restoration expert.

After looking at several options, we chose Golden Coast Construction & Restoration to make the necessary repairs and perform the restoration work so we could list the home on the market as part of an estate sale. We made a great choice! Greg T. and Paul A. were personable and professional from beginning to end. We always knew what was happening and when. Communications from Greg and Paul, as well as Denis and Sergey, who led much of the work, were outstanding. Project timelines were always met, which was important to us in bringing the property to market as quickly as possible. Greg, Paul, and Denis were diligent in informing us of our options and presenting information that helped us make cost-effective decisions while increasing the likelihood of better returns. Golden Coast and its subcontractors kept the site neat and clean while the work was underway, and their employees were always courteous and polite to the very nearby neighbors. This was important in this close-knit, gated senior community. Neighbors told me they would miss having the workers present. The finished product met our expectations in every way. While we wanted to be budget-conscious, we didn't want to take any shortcuts, and we wanted to have a move-in-ready home we could sell, knowing someone would be buying a trouble-free home. Working with Greg, Paul, Denis, and Sergey, we achieved what we set out to do. The house looks great! And we are putting it on the market knowing that someone will buy a great home.

After losing our home in a fire, rebuilding felt overwhelming, but working with Golden Coast made the process feel manageable, collaborative, and ultimately incredibly rewarding. We are beyond grateful for the care, craftsmanship, and professionalism their team brought to every step of the project. Our Project Manager, Roman, was exceptional throughout the entire experience. He had an incredible ability to guide us with expert suggestions and thoughtful recommendations while still giving us the space to make our own decisions and create a home that truly felt like ours. His balance of expertise, patience, and respect for our vision made such a difference during an emotional process. We also deeply appreciated Rudy and his receptiveness to feedback along the way. Any questions or concerns were always met with professionalism, responsiveness, and a genuine desire to make things right. It was clear the team truly cared about the outcome and about our family’s experience throughout the rebuild. Golden Coast Construction and Restoration Review On June 4th 2025, our family home of over 53 years unexpectedly went up in flames. It was a near total loss but by the grace of God we were able to rebuild. On that day, I'm not sure where they came from but Golden Coast Restoration showed up at the scene. Robert and Elizabeth introduced themselves to myself and my sister who was residing in the home at the time. They made sure my family had a place to stay until we figured things out. They explained the process of how they got involved. They met with us separately and explained what to expect from them (if they were selected them as our contractor) as well as our insurance company. We later met Rudy, their supervisor. All of them fully explained what was to happen. Because the house 🏠 was so old there were code issues that needed to be addressed. If it were not for Golden Coast, I'm honestly not sure if the insurance company would have been forthcoming or even if the rebuild would have been as thorough as it was through Golden Coast. Also because the house was very old there was no exit at the back of the house, so we as a family opted to add a sliding patio door in the back, as well as other things that were not present in the house before the fire 🔥, i.e a dishwasher, ceiling lights in every room, etc. Rudy was very thorough and diligent and moving things around to minimize the out-of-pocket expenses that my family and I would be required to pay as it was not covered by insurance. Rudy was very accommodating. We made so many changes lol, but he was very patient, thorough and responsive to each chane. Elizabeth, bless her heart, continually reached out to us over the months to check on us to see how we were doing and to see if we had any questions. Cody the project manager was great. He was very responsive and always willing to meet us on site to allow us to pick the specific colors for what we wanted in the house, as well as to see the progress and ask any questions of him or anyone they contracted with. On March 02, 2026 our home was complete and I met the Golden Coast staff at the house 🏠 to obtain the keys 🔑 to our newly remodeled home. The house 🏠 is great, amazing in fact. Golden Coast did a phenomenal job. We have absolutely no complaints and would certainly recommend Golden Coast to anyone. From the first phone call from Gold Coast Construction that they were boarding up my front door from a house fire to Feb 2,2026 the day the remodel was completed they made the process as simple and painless as possible. Their adjuster and project manager were always there when I had questions and concerns. They responded to my texts and emails with in about 24 hours with the information I asked for. They handled the permitting process, inspection, and dealing with the insurance company also. The ladies in the office that I dealt with for payment of the invoices and change orders were also very helpful, and nice. They use builder trend. That was very helpful. I live out of California, so not being able to be at the site on a daily basis this helped me keep track of what was happening. I was able to see the schedule and weekly updates from the project manager. I would recommend them if you do not know where to start.
